Showed up right on schedule. Went above and beyond with the boiler service. Gas safe certificate provided. Outstanding customer care.

"MyPlumber's Installation Experience with Noritz"
I had MyPlumber put in two Noritz tankless hot water heaters. At first, everything seemed fine; I had hot water and didn’t think much of it. But then, a bit later, the control panel just went dead. I reached out to the company to ask about a replacement. While I was looking into the problem, I realized the second tankless heater wasn’t even connected to a power source. There wasn’t an outlet available for it. So, during the installation, it seemed like they were trying to make an extra buck by not doing it right. I asked the technician who came to check the control panel, and he called in an electrician. He told me that it didn’t matter that the installation was done wrong; he would still charge me for adding the outlet, which meant I was effectively paying twice for that part of the job. This is just ridiculous. I don’t know what kind of trick MyPlumber is trying to pull, but if you’re considering using their services, I’d suggest you steer clear.

"Terrible Experience."
Absolutely terrible. They sent a technician who quoted me £380 just to swap out a flame sensor. He claimed the part was £200. I looked it up online, and it’s only £25. I mentioned this to a plumber buddy of mine who doesn’t work north of the river, and he called that guy a shark. When I pushed back, the technician got all aggressive and defensive. I asked for his company's website, but when I checked it out, it was a dead link. He suggested trying .com or .co.uk, but still nothing. Just awful behavior. Stay away from these cowboys.

"Avoid This Company"
I reached out to this business for a quote to swap out my radiators. They seemed super polite and professional when I spoke to them on the phone. I was informed they would bill me for a full hour on Friday 9/12 to send me a quote by Monday 12/12. I forked out £109. When Monday rolled around, I called to check in. To my surprise, they asked if I still wanted the quote. I confirmed, and they promised to send it within 24 hours. After numerous follow-ups via phone and email, I'm still waiting for that quote. I had to file a case to get my money back for a service that never happened. Now, I've got someone else who actually provided a quote and is already on the job.

They’re dodging their responsibilities, and after several messages, they’ve started claiming they tried to reach me. So, from not delivering any service and taking my money, they’ve moved on to outright lying.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. It’s all just a facade of professionalism to grab your cash upfront.

"Lack of Communication After Handyman Visit"
I haven't heard back from the team about following up on the handyman's visit. The job still needs to be completed, and nobody's returning my calls. It's pretty disappointing, especially since this was my first time using the service.

"Terrible Experience"
Absolutely terrible! Unprofessional, hard to reach, and totally unresponsive.

Seriously, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this service. I can't figure out where all those positive reviews are coming from because my experience was just awful.

I asked for a sink replacement, and they were meant to show up last week. The plumber called to say he’d be late, and then, just five minutes later, claimed he had two flat tires and needed to reschedule.

So, I set it up for today, and the plumber couldn’t even handle a straightforward task. I ended up paying over £100 for a guy to come a week late, remove some silicone, and then just walk away saying that if the sink was taken out, he’d have to deal with the tiles too.

£100 down the drain for a plumber who made things worse! And good luck trying to reach an agent after you book—it's impossible! They just send you texts with links that don’t help at all.

If anyone from the company happens to read this, my reference number is 22081517IVPA. Please get in touch because I can’t seem to reach you at all.

"Outstanding Service Experience"
Vlad did a fantastic job. He managed to fix our hot water issue and even went out to get the necessary parts. He was super friendly, really knowledgeable, and worked quickly. I’d absolutely want to hire him again.

Awesome value and fantastic service. Mike was super friendly, broke everything down for me in a clear way, and offered some solid advice. He was on time and kept in touch nicely. All in all, it was excellent, and I’d definitely recommend it.

"Outsourcing Calls and Other Issues"
They've got their call center outsourced and are using the same setup as another firm. The folks taking the calls don’t have a clue about plumbing (which is okay) but the real issue is they aren’t very skilled at their work. All these reviews seem to be 'invited' ones, and I’m pretty doubtful about what’s really happening here.

I’m really happy with the service I received. The plumber was fast, tidy, and effective in fixing my broken kitchen tap and the bathroom basin wastepipe problems. Overall, I’m thrilled with everything and would definitely recommend My Plumber's services.

"Prompt and Super Helpful"
The two guys showed up right on time and were well-informed. After finishing the job, they inquired if there was anything more they could assist me with. All of this was done with a friendly smile and that good ol' fashioned service.

"Endless Waiting Game"
It might be great if you’ve got the patience to wait. Everything gets funneled through Fantastic Services, and their feedback isn’t exactly quick. Good luck trying to get through to their hotline; you’ll be on hold forever, and if you opt for their live chat, expect to sit around for two hours just to get a vague response.

We had a plumbing inspection done to get a quote. The technician was professional and mentioned it could take him three days to complete the job. We thought that was a bit lengthy, but we were okay with it. We asked him to send us a quote as soon as possible, yet we found ourselves waiting several more days for it. The only takeaway here is that they really lack efficiency.

In the end, we decided to go with another service provider. A quick phone call got us help within 24 hours.

If you’re not up for waiting, look elsewhere.

"It's tough these days to come across a..."
It's tough these days to come across a company that provides top-notch service, but My Plumber is one of those rare finds. I've been using them for three years now, and the folks I've interacted with (Kathryn and Drew) are super friendly and really helpful. I have zero doubts about recommending them.

"Timely arrival of the electrician..."
The electrician showed up right on time and swapped out the fixture for a superior one. He finished the job fast and effectively, plus I got a refund on my initial payment because the replacement part was available. No issues at all!

"Yearly Gas Boiler Check-Up"
Today at 10am, I had a visit for the yearly inspection of my Vailant gas boiler at W4 2SA. The technician arrived on time, looked sharp, and was both friendly and effective. They were very mindful of Covid protocols and behaved appropriately. I’d definitely recommend them!
